¹ Results within a stratum are estimated giving each answer of an enterprise a weight equal to its employment. For the estimation of the stratum response distribution the weights for each response alternative are summed and the distribution computed by dividing each sum with the total sum of weights. For further aggregation the stratum results are weighted using the population employment of the stratum. ² The results are percentages estimated for the bottlenecks in current quarter or expected bottlenecks for next quarter. Time series for the bottlenecks are made by linking the response alternatives or groups of such in the previous and the new survey. The links were made between 4. quarter 1995 and 1. quarter 1996.
