Prices of existing homes increasing the most

Prices of existing homes in Norway rose by nearly four per cent from the first to the second quarter of this year, up 40 per cent from the bottom level reached in first quarter 1993. Prices of existing single-family homes have climbed nearly 37 per cent since then. This is almost double the rate of new single-family homes.
