Political party units gaining an income of NOK 12 000 or more before including any government subsidies, ref. Political Party Act § 18. The reports from these units represent the basis for the statistics unless otherwise mentioned explicitly. Units with less than NOK 12 000 are exempt from reporting their income, however they must submit a statement confirming the matter. The threshold value was NOK 10 000 until the end of 2012.
