The man-years that are included in the reporting changed in 2012. Before 2012, man-hours relating to case work had to be reported. However, in reality, other types of man-years in the Child Welfare Services were also reported. In order to obtain a complete overview of man-years in the Child Welfare Services, man-years relating to measures for children who were living at home were included as from 2012 and from 2013 man-years relating to measures for children living outside the home were also included.
