The group of offence Traffic offences include the types of offence:

- Road traffic offences

- Other or unspecified road traffic offences

Many sanctioned traffic offences are not t included in the criminal case register BL/STRASAK/PAL. Offences under the Road Traffic Act (and Customs Act) that are settled with on the spot fines are not regarded as “offences reported to the police”, and therefore not included in the statistics.
