From 2015, the structural statistics are based on a new data basis for wage earners. In 2015, reporting to NAV was coordinated with the reporting of wages and personnel data to the Tax Administration and Statistics Norway. The common reporting system is called A-ordningen. A-ordningen generally provides better data in a way that it is more accurate at the individual level, and covers more wage earner conditions than the Register of Employers and Employees.
