Average monthly earnings up NOK 1 200
Full-time employees in real estate activities had average monthly earnings of NOK 51 700 as per 1 September 2014, excluding overtime pay. This is a year-on-year increase of NOK 1 200 or 2.4 per cent.

The average monthly earnings increased from NOK 46 000 to NOK 47 500, which is a year-on-year increase of 3.3 per cent. The average monthly bonus in 2014 was NOK 3 600, which is NOK 400 lower than in 2013.

The statistics are based on information from a sample of enterprises, which cover a total of 6 797 full-time employees and 588 part-time employees. The total number employed, which is used as the basis for weighting, is 24 500 in real estate activities, according to the Norwegian Central Register of Enterprises and Establishments.

Additional information
Structural changes within the division along with the outcome of collective bargaining would have a certain effect on the wage increase being measured.
