Monthly earnings up 6 per cent
Full-time employees in municipalities and county municipalities had average monthly earnings, excluding overtime pay, of NOK 38 600 as per 1 December 2012. This was a year-on-year increase of NOK 2 200 or 6 per cent.

Additional information
The statistics include information on all full-time and part-time employees with a fixed salary in municipalities and county municipalities as per 1 December. For employees who have more than one job, only their main occupation is included in the statistical basis.
