Monthly earnings up NOK 700

Full-time employees in municipalities and county municipalities had average monthly earnings, excluding overtime pay, of NOK 39 300 as per 1 December 2013. This was a year-on-year increase of NOK 700 or 1.8 per cent.

Monthly earnings for full-time employed women were NOK 38 300, while the corresponding earnings for men were NOK 41 000. This was a year-on-year increase of 1.6 per cent for women and 1.7 per cent for men.
