Turnover growth in construction

The turnover in the construction industry increased by NOK 5.3 billion or 9.9 per cent in the period September-October (5. period) 2008 compared with the corresponding period in 2007. The total construction turnover for the 5th period in 2008 was NOK 58.9 billion.

The total construction turnover for the first ten months of 2008 was NOK 250 billion, and the turnover of construction companies went up by 13 per cent, or NOK 28.8 billion compared with the same period in 2007.

All turnover in this connection excludes VAT.
