Construction turnover of NOK 58.2 billion
The turnover in the construction industry had a slight growth in the 4th period of 2015, with an increase of 1.4 per cent compared to the same period in 2014.

The slight increase in turnover in the 4th period of 2015 is at the same level as in the 4th period of 2014. While the increase from the 4th period of 2014 to the 4th period of 2015 was 1.4 per cent, the increase in the same period from 2013 to 2014 was 1.5 per cent. The turnover in the first four periods has increased by 3.9 per cent in 2015, compared with 5.7 per cent in the same period in 2014.
The local kind-of-activity units within "Construction of buildings" had a total turnover of NOK 22.8 billion in the 4th period of 2015. This corresponds to an increase of 2.7 per cent compared to the 4th period last year.
Within “civil engineering”, the local kind-of-activity units had an increase in turnover of 1.7 per cent, with a turnover just below NOK 7.9 billion. Local kind-of-activity units with activity within “specialised construction activities” had an increase of 0.4 per cent in the 4th period in 2015 compared with the corresponding period in 2014. The turnover was NOK 27.6 billion.
At county level, the local kind-of-activity units in Oslo had the highest turnover: NOK 10.1 billion in the 4th period. The lowest turnover was in Aust-Agder and Finnmark, both with a turnover between NOK 0.8 and 0.9 billion.
