Decrease in civil engineering works
The inflow of new orders on civil engineering works decreased by 12 per cent from the 3r d quarter of 2001 to the 3r d quarter of 2002.
Over the course of 3rd quarter this year the value of company reserves for civil engineering works decreased by 6 per cent. Still the value of company reserves for civil engineering works is 7 per cent higher than at the end of the 3r d quarter last year.
More new projects on residential buildings
The value of orders for new residential buildings, received during 3r d quarter, is 18 per cent higher this year compared with last year. The stock of orders for new residential buildings increased by 3 per cent during 3r d quarter this year and is at the same level as at the end of the 3r d quarter last year.
Company reserves of housing renovation decreased by 14 per cent during the 3r d quarter this year and are 17 per cent lower than at the same time last year.
Less new industrial buildings
Incoming orders on non-residential buildings decreased by 5 per cent from the 3r d quarter last year to the 3r d quarter this year. Still the value of company reserves at the end of the 3r d quarter for non-residential building works is at the same level as one year ago.
The inflow of construction orders in total is stable. The value of company reserves at the end of 3r d quarter is the same as last year.
