Slight increase in construction orders
The total reserve for the construction industry increased by 3 per cent during the first quarter of 2013.

Construction companies experienced an increase of 3 per cent in the value of order reserves from the fourth quarter of 2012 to the first quarter of 2013. The corresponding increase in civil engineering works was 5 per cent. Compared to the first quarter of 2012, the total reserve of orders in the construction industry increased by 2 per cent, measured in current value.
The inflow of new construction and civil engineering works is at the same high level as in the fourth quarter last year. The value of the inflow of orders in civil engineering continued to increase in the first quarter of 2013, following a sharp rise in the previous quarter. The inflow of construction orders decreased slightly during the first quarter of 2013.
