About Astri Syse
Astri Syse works as a Senior Researcher in the Department of Research at Statistics Norway. She is the project manager for Norway's national population projections. Her main areas of research include population projections, with a focus on issues related to mortality, aging, fertility and immigration. Her research interests also include health, retirement, pensions, domestic migration and fertility, with a focus on the role of family dynamics and relationships.
