Horticultural production 2012

The total production of field grown vegetables in 2012 was 143 100 tonnes, while greenhouse vegetables came to 27 200 tonnes.

The total production of fruit is estimated at 13 500 tonnes in 2012. Apples represented 11 400 tonnes of the total fruit production, plums 1 100 tonnes and pears 400 tonnes. Cherries and sweet cherries made up 500 tonnes of the fruit production. The total production of garden berries is estimated at 12 100 tonnes, of which strawberries amounted to 9 100 tonnes and raspberries 2 300 tonnes.
