Turnover up by 21.1 per cent

The turnover in water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities was NOK 23.0 billion in 2010. This is an increase of 21.1 per cent compared with 2009. In November and December 2010 the turnover was NOK 4.0 billion; an increase of 20.9 per cent compared with the same period in 2009.

The turnover in recovering of sorted materials was NOK 8.3 billion in 2010; an increase of 47.1 per cent compared with 2009. In November and December 2010 the turnover was NOK 1.5 billion; an increase of 47.8 per cent.

Companies that are engaged in the collection of non-hazardous waste had a turnover of NOK 8.0 billion in 2010; an increase of 4.4 per cent compared with 2009
