Adjusted revenue for 2009
The general government fiscal account for 2009 has now been updated with new figures. The adjustment is due to new information regarding taxes on income and wealth and new calculations of incurred taxes on production.
New information regarding taxes on income and wealth, excluding extraction of petroleum, adjust revenue upwards by NOK 2.42 billion. Of this, NOK 1.32 billion is from central government and NOK 1.1 billion from local government. The new calculations of incurred taxes on production, in particular value added tax, adjust revenue down by NOK 800 million. General government revenue amounts to NOK 1 3332 billion.
General government total expenditure amounts to NOK 1 099 billion, which is unchanged from the last publication. The surplus measured by net lending is NOK 2352 billion after the adjustment.
