Tax accounts, January 2005

Contributions to the National Insurance Scheme totaled NOK 24.3 billion, an increase of 6.6 per cent. Total tax paid to the central government amounted to NOK 11.8 billion, an increase of 11.2 per cent. Total tax paid to local government came to NOK 12.6 billion. This is an increase of 5.0 per cent compared with January 2004.
