Stavanger’s tax payments excluding petroleum taxes are 14.5 per cent lower than the corresponding period last year. The other municipalities in Rogaland all either had the same level of income from tax payments or an increase in these payments. The reduction in Stavanger is due to lower income from taxes on companies’ surplus and to outflows from the settlement of tax matters in previous years.
