Lower payments through the non-personal taxpaying arrangement have led to a decrease in total payments. The petroleum taxes, which are only paid through this arrangement, have decreased by NOK 11.8 billion since the first quarter of 2015.
Payments through the advance tax arrangement have increased by NOK 3.4 billion from the first quarter of 2015, which partly offsets the decrease in total payments. At the end of March, NOK 191 billion had been paid through this arrangement. NOK 50 billion of this sum was taxes to the central government, NOK 50 billion was taxes to local government and NOK 91 billion was contributions to the National Insurance Scheme.
