Construction costs up 3.6 per cent

The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 3.6 per cent from November last year to November this year. The construction costs of multi-dwelling houses and detached houses increased by 4.5 and 3.3 per cent respectively in the same period. The increase was 0.2 per cent in November this year.
