Small changes in construction costs last month

The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from June to July this year. The material costs rose by 0.2 per cent in the same period.

The construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased both by 0.1 per cent last month. The material costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 0.1 and 0.3 per cent respectively in the same period.

From July last year to July this year the construction costs of residential buildings increased by 7.8 per cent, while the material costs rose by 11.1 per cent in the same period.
