Stable construction costs
The construction cost index for residential buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from June to July this year. From July 2008 to July 2009 the costs have risen by 2.0 per cent.
From July last year to July this year, the construction costs for detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses have increased by 2.2 and 1.8 per cent respectively.
