Stable construction costs

The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from May to June this year. The material cost rose by 0.2 per cent in the same period.

From May to June this year, the construction costs of detached houses of wood increased by 0.1 per cent. The costs of multi-dwelling houses remained unchanged in the same period.

From June last year to June this year, the construction cost of residential buildings increased by 3.7 per cent.
