Minor changes in construction costs

The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.2 per cent from May to June this year, and are 3.7 per cent higher than in June 2010.

From May to June this year, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses rose by 0.2 and 0.3 per cent respectively. From June 2010 to June 2011 the costs of detached houses of wood increased by 3.7 per cent. The costs of multi-dwelling houses rose by 4.0 per cent in the same period.
