The construction costs of residential buildings remained unchanged from June to July this year. From July 2010 to July 2011 the costs increased by 3.7 per cent.

From July 2010 to July 2011 the construction costs of multi-dwelling houses and detached houses of wood rose by 4.2 and 3.7 per cent respectively. The material costs increased by 5.2 and 4.2 per cent.
