The construction costs of residential buildings remained unchanged from August to September this year. From September 2010 to September 2011 the costs rose by 3.5 per cent.

From September 2010 to September 2011 the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 3.4 and 3.8 per cent respectively. The material costs rose by 3.8 and 4.9 per cent in the same period.
