Stable construction costs

The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from May to June this year, and are 2.8 per cent higher than in June 2011.

From May to June this year the construction costs of detached houses of wood rose by 0.1 per cent, while the costs of multi-dwelling houses remained unchanged. From June 2011 to June 2012 the costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 2.9 and 2.5 per cent respectively.
