Minor changes in construction costs

The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from June to July this year, and are 2.9 per cent higher than July 2011.

From June to July this year the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 0.2 and 0.1 per cent respectively. From July 2011 to July 2012 the costs of detached houses of wood rose by 3.1 per cent, while multi-dwelling houses increased by 2.5 per cent in the same period.
