The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from August to September this year, and are 3.3 per cent higher than in September 2011.

From August to September this year the construction costs of detached houses of wood remained unchanged, while the costs of multi-dwelling houses rose by 0.1 per cent. From September 2011 to September 2012 the costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 3.5 and 2.9 per cent respectively.
