Stable increase in construction costs

The twelve-month growth in construction costs has been stable at between 3 and 4 per cent over the last three years.

From December 2011 to December 2012, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 3.1 and 2.8 per cent respectively.
