Stable construction costs
The construction costs of residential buildings remained unchanged from February to March this year, and are 2.7 per cent higher than in March 2012.

From February to March this year the construction costs of detached houses of wood decreased by 0.1 per cent, while multi-dwelling houses increased by 0.1 per cent in the same period. From March 2012 to March 2013, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses both rose by 2.7 per cent.
