Stable construction costs

The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from May to June this year. The material costs also rose by 0.1 per cent in the same period.

From May to June this year the construction costs of detached houses of wood increased by 0.2 per cent, while multi-dwelling houses remained unchanged in the same period. From June 2012 to June 2013, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses both rose by 3.0 per cent.
