Minor changes in construction costs
The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.2 per cent from September to October this year, and are 2.8 per cent higher than in October 2012.

From October 2012 to October 2013, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses rose by 2.8 and 3.0 per cent respectively.
