Construction costs up 2.8 per cent
The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 2.8 per cent from December 2012 to December 2013. The material costs rose by 2.1 per cent in the same period.

From December 2012 to December 2013, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 2.8 and 2.7 per cent respectively.
From November to December 2012, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses both rose by 0.1 per cent.
