Minor changes in construction costs
The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.3 per cent from December 2013 to January 2014, and are 2.7 per cent higher than in January 2013.

From January 2013 to January 2014, the constructions costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses rose by 2.8 and 2.5 per cent respectively.
