Stable construction costs
The construction costs of residential buildings remained unchanged from February to March this year, and are 2.9 per cent higher than in March 2013.

From March 2013 to March 2014, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 3.0 and 2.8 per cent respectively.
