Minor changes in construction costs
The construction costs of residential buildings rose by 0.3 per cent from April to May this year. Labour costs increased by 0.6 per cent, while material costs increased by 0.2 per cent in the same period.

From May 2013 to May 2014, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 4.1 and 2.9 per cent respectively.
