Minor changes in construction costs
The construction costs of residential buildings rose by 0.2 per cent from October to November this year. Both labour costs and material costs rose by 0.1 per cent during the same period.

From November 2014 to November 2015, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 2.2 and 2.0 per cent respectively.
