Small changes in construction costs
The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0.2 per cent from June to July this year. The material costs rose by 0.1 per cent in the same period.

From July 2015 to July 2016, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 2.5 and 2.4 per cent respectively.
