Small increase in construction costs
The construction costs of residential buildings increased by 0,3 per cent from January to February this year. Labour costs rose by 0.2 in the same period.

Wage statistics for the fourth quarter of 2016 are included in the construction costs of February 2017.
From February 2016 to February 2017, the construction costs of detached houses of wood and multi-dwelling houses increased by 3,0 and 2,9 per cent respectively.
