Plumbing costs up 0.3 per cent

The index of plumbing work in office and commercial buildings increased by 0.3 per cent in October 2001 compared with figures from September.

The construction costs of plumbing work in office and commercial buildings rose by 5.8 per cent in October 2001 compared with October 2000. The cost of sanitary installations and heating installations increased in the same period by 6.7 and 4.9 per cent, respectively.
