Plumbing costs up 2 per cent

The index of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 2.0 per cent in March 2005 due to an increase in material costs. From March to April the construction costs rose by 0.1 per cent, while the costs increased by 5.4 per cent from April 2004 to April 2005.
