Increase in plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing work in office and commercial buildings rose by 2.2 per cent from September to October this year. The material costs increased by 3.5 per cent and were the main reason for the increase.

From October 2007 to October 2008 the costs of plumbing work in office and commercial buildings rose by 9.9 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations increased by 10.2 and 9.6 per cent respectively.
