Stable plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings remained unchanged from March to April this year. The materials cost decreased by 0.1 per cent in the same period.

From April 2008 to April 2009, the costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 6.3 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations increased by 4.8 and 8.1 per cent respectively in the same period.
