Decrease in plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings decreased by 0.2 per cent from September to October this year. The material costs decreased by 0,3 per cent in the same period.

For heating installations there has been a decrease of 1.6 per cent from September to October this year for the costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings, while sanitary installations increased by 1.1 per cent in the same period.

From October 2008 to October 2009, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 1.5 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations increased by 1.1 and 2.0 per cent respectively in the same period.
