Minor decrease in plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings decreased by 0.2 per cent from January to February 2012. Material costs decreased by 0.4 per cent in the same period.

Wage statistics for the fourth quarter of 2011 are included in the index for February.

From February 2011 to February 2012, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 5.5 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations increased by 6.5 and 4.2 per cent respectively in the same period.
