Stable plumbing costs
The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 0.1 per cent from December 2012 to January 2013. The material costs remained unchanged in the same period.

From December 2012 to January 2013, the costs of sanitary installations increased by 0.5 per cent, while the costs of heating installations decreased by 0.4 per cent.
From January last year to January this year, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 2.3 per cent.
