Minor changes in plumbing costs
The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from January to February this year. The labour costs rose by 0.2 per cent, while material costs remained unchanged in the same period.

From February 2012 to February 2013, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 2.5 per cent.
