From December 2012 to December 2013, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 1.8 per cent. The material costs increased by 1.0 per cent in the same period.

The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations rose by 2.0 and 1.7 per cent respectively, while the material costs increased by 1.4 and 0.4 per cent in the same period.
